From the West - Take the LIE (I-495) east to exit 73 (the last exit) and merge onto Route 58 in Riverhead. Continue East on Rt. 58 which will then merge into Route 25 (Main Road). Continue east on Rt. 25 into Mattituck. You will see North Fork Bank Headquarters on the left side of Rt. 25 approximately 1/8 mile before North Shore Yacht Sales. We are located on the left (North) side of Rt.25 just before the traffic light at Factory Ave.

From the East - Take Rt. 25 (Main Road) west to Mattituck. We are located just past the shopping center and traffic light at Factory Ave. on the right (North) side.
